Return Policy

Up North Attachments strives to provide excellent customer service and to give our customers confidence in their online purchases. Our return policy applies only to unused items and is separate from warranty claims. For warranty information, please navigate to our warranty page.

RETURNS:

There are no returns directly to Up North Attachments. Returned items, if allowed will be assessed a 25% restocking fee plus all applicable freight charges. Only new, unused equipment is eligible for returns. Used equipment may not be returned. All returns on new equipment require pre-approval and written authorization. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis.  In order to submit a return, you must contact us by email at returns@upnorthattachments.com for us to confirm the items ordered are eligible for return or exchange.

If an item is eligible for Return:

To be eligible for a return, you must commence the return process within 30 days of your item being delivered to you and:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition (Once an item has been attached to a machine's attachment plate, connected to hydraulics, operated with, or otherwise shows sign of use, this item is no longer returnable)
  • It should not be damaged, altered, or modified in any way
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

We do not accept returns for items marked as Closeout, Clearance, Demo, Used, Built to Order, Prototype items, items sold as is or final sale.

Orders outside of the 30-day window from the order's delivery date are no longer eligible for return or refund.

If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on shipping your items back to us or the applicable supplier via email.

You agree that you shall be responsible for all return shipping costs and related expenses.

Our shipping cost to you is not refundable.

You are also responsible for ensuring the items are carefully packaged for shipment and that risk of loss or damage during return shipping shall be your sole liability. You may wish to obtain insurance while the returned items are in transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. There may also be a restocking fee, typically 25% but is at the manufacturer's discretion, and will be the responsibility of the customer as well.

Return credit is typically available within 7 days after the returned product has been received back at the manufacturer, inspected and accepted.
